OK, we all are inundated with spam. These guys are doing something about it by not getting mad, but rather getting even. They target the "opportunity" types, who promise you can "make money fast" on the Internet by participating in some scheme or fraud. Thus their charter: "Putting an end to online scammers or at least laughing at them mercilessly." The former is nigh impossible, so the latter will have to do.
