In the animated movie Ratatouille, Gusteau the chef believed that "anyone can cook". With resources like this forum and community, this is probably true. Discuss Cooking is a forum for food lovers and people who love to cook. What distinguishes this from most cooking sites is the bulk of the recipes have been contributed by professional chefs. With a membership list over 20,000 the forums are very active. The navigation is simple with major food categories, meats, veggies, desserts, beverages and more broken down into subcategories. There are discussions about kitchen and cooking hardware, safety and more. However, the real treasure is the recipes. The lamb stuffed tomatoes were delicious!
