In association with the Smithsonian, the Centers for Disease Control's Global Health Odyssey Museum is a physical place you can tour. But they have something so weird online that you almost have to see it to believe it: Disease Trading Cards. No, really: there are three sets to download, print, and trade with your friends! Offer to trade your Campylobacter jejuni for a Strep A Infection -- all the cards are richly illustrated (don't look at the site while eating) and explained. Definitely bizarre, and a great example of "You really can find anything on the Internet."

Dark Sun Campaign Setting: A 4th Edition D&D Supplement
by Richard Baker, Robert J. Schwalb, Rodney Thompson
Amazon Price: $26.37
Customer Review: I love the character themes and wild talents. It's a great way to take your PC out of the cookie cutter mold of 4th edition. It still feels like D&D fantasy but in a completely different environment. I'm new to Dark Sun but I definitely look forward ...
Dark Sun Creature Catalog (4th Edition D&D)
by Richard Baker, Bruce R. Cordell
Amazon Price: $13.57
Customer Review: This review is not so much about the product, as to why it took Amazon so much time after they had the product in hand to ship it out to me. This book was released on August 31, I believe, but they still haven't sent it out, and according to the sit...
Psionic Power: A 4th Edition D&D Supplement
by Mike Mearls
Amazon Price: $19.77
Customer Review: I'll be honest - I've never really loved psionics in any edition of D&D. In 1e, they were a confusing add-on, and its charts took up a lot of valuable DMG and DM Screen space. In 2e, they were pretty intensely broken. In 3e, they didn't work becau...
Marauders of the Dune Sea: A 4th Edition D&D Adventure
by Bruce R. Cordell
Amazon Price: $10.17
Customer Review: Like other reviewers, I find it shameful that this adventure was ever deemed worthy of carrying the "Dark Sun" name, let alone the D&D name. In fact, it's just a shame to have carried any name whatsoever, short of "Todd," which I hate anyway. So le...
Monster Manual 3: A 4th Edition D&D Core Rulebook (Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edit...
by Mike Mearls, Greg Bilsland, Robert J. Schwalb
Amazon Price: $23.07
Customer Review: What a formidable book of monsters. Im new to 4th ed but I am a veteran of D&D since first edition. I picked this up after reading many reviews online. I love the new monster block layout and how easy it is to use. Best yet is that all these critters...
