American Sign Language Browser

ASL isn't just for deaf people, or even just for those communicating with the deaf. It's a very cool language all on its own, and is terrific for pre-lingual kids, who often can communicate long before they can talk. Books with ASL signs are great, but their photos often aren't enough: with the American Sign Language Browser from Michigan State University's Communication Technology Laboratory, the signs are shown in Quicktime format so that you can actually see how the movement is supposed to look. Very cool.
